The Timmins & District Humane Society is a non profit organization and Registered Charity (Number 87246 6198 RR0001).

The Timmins & District Humane Society plays a number of roles within the Timmins and surrounding areas. In addition to being an adoption center, we also handle cases of animal cruelty and neglect as well as stray animals found within the city’s boundaries.

Animals that come into the shelter, whether as strays unclaimed by their owners, those who can no longer take care of their pets or through OSPCA investigations are put up for adoption and await their forever homes!
